Maintenant en anglais, on est de retour en ville pour prendre un taxi ou aller à l'hôtel. elle fait super bien à manger et nous rend service. super le fun à parler et elle nous fait visiter des beau spot en treck.

What to say about Mama Lili and her family?!? They have been absolutely AMAZING! we met Mama Lili randomly in Sapa and we decided to go for a trekking with her in the valley. It was unbelievable! She was so kind and good to us, and when we discovered that she owned an homestay on the mountains 30 min from Sapa we decided to go and stay at her place for 2 nights.
The view from the homestay and the bungalows is insane! You can see all the valley and the magnificent mountains in front of you. Surrounded by nature, animals and peace.
Having dinner with the family was a nice experience that we never gonna forget. Talking and learning a lot about their Hmong culture.
Food was amazing and local, rice, eggs and vegetables from their garden.
Rooms are basic, but you have hot water and the bed is very comfortable.
We could never thank enough Mama Lili to take such good care of us. You will be in our hearts forever!

Mama Lili and her family were so kind and caring. I was suffering from a migraine and did every thing they could to make me feel better.
The bungalows were clean and cozy. The beds were firm but comfortable. The veiw out the front door was breath taking. The shower was warm!
Lots of cute animals, ducks, chickens, cats and a tiny dog!
They served a variety of meals and they were all fantastic! Lots of fresh veggies, rice and meat on the menu.
They offer day trekking trips as well, sadly because of my migraine we were unable to do this activity. If you are looking for a guide Mama lili and her family are great company!
The price was more then affordable! We woukd love to come back again!
The only thing to note is it is difficult to get to and from town. Even though the homestay is only 5km from town the journey will take you over an hour due to the road conditions.
Our hosts organized a cab for us the day we were leaving but we were on the cabs timeline. If you are on a specific travel timeline to make buses or flights ensure you give your self enough time to get back.
A wonderful place! If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and spend some time in a village with local people, enjoying the views of rice fields and idyllic landscapes, this is the perfect place for you!

A wonderful place! If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and spend some time in a village with local people, enjoying the views of rice fields and idyllic landscapes, this is the perfect place for you!
Mama Lily is very caring. She cooks local food for her guests and provides everything you may need. Her family is also very friendly and always ready to help with anything. Her son can drive you to the town and to other villages if you want.
Another huge advantage is that you stay in a separate little house. There are many animals around, which bring a peaceful and calming atmosphere.
Mama also organizes trekking tours around the mountains and rice terraces, so you can see them up close and learn more about the daily life of the mountain villagers.
Thank you so much, Mama, for this wonderful experience! If I ever come back to Sapa, I will definitely visit this family again.

Me and my wife stayed four days in Mama Lili's homestay in June. We really enjoyed the place and felt to be part of this black Hmong family. We made treks with Lili and her daughter-in-law Julie. Both are very friendly persons with a good sense of humour. Food is delicious and a bungalow where we stayed very good. The views from a terrace takes your breath away. There are no large tourist groups here, just individual travellers. Most of people come to homestays just for one night but I really recommend to stay a couple of nights more at Lili's place, only then you really start get to know Hmong way of life.

Alojamiento y comida incluidos, Mama Lili te viene a buscar al pueblo en Sa Pa. Las comidas muy ricas. Mama Lili es super amable, con un corazón enorme y cariñosa. Mama Lili sabe hablar perfectamente inglés pero si contactáis con ella por favor mandarle un audio por WhatsApp, es mucho más sencillo para ella.

Nous avons passé deux nuits en couple et avec un ami ici. Rapport qualité-prix idéal !! La discussion est très facile en anglais. Ils cuisinent très bien et nous ont également proposé d’aller randonner avec eux ou de louer un scooter pour visiter les alentours. La région est incroyablement belle, un vrai petit coin de paradis à la montagne. Si le logement est un peu éloigné de Sapa, Su Ly nous a réservé un taxi pas cher (200k VND). Un peu froid dans la chambre car c’était l’hiver, mais je recommande ++++ de passer quelques temps chez eux. Comme à la maison ! Sans oublier l’happy water du soir après le dîner !
